Issue causing row deletion in some tables when adding enrichments

    We’ve fully resolved the issue and have contacted affected customers. We were able to restore any lost data, as well as refund any credits that may have been lost.

    We’ve pushed a fix that should deal with the underlying issue that was causing rows to be deleted in tables with auto-dedupe enabled, that being said, we're still monitoring the situation. Additionally, our team is working on data recovery. We’ll share another update as soon as we have more details on data restoration. Thank you for your continued patience.

    We’ve deployed a fix for the issue where some tables were deleting rows when enrichments were run. Things should now be functioning normally, and we’re closely monitoring to ensure stability.

    We are currently investigating a critical issue affecting tables that use Find Companies and Find People searches. Running enrichments on these companies may cause rows to be unexpectedly deleted.
