This incident is resolved. app.clay.com is functioning normally and enrichments are running as expected since 4:05pm Eastern.

Clay UI appears to be back up and running as expected. Enrichment runs should also be running as expected now, with possibly slight delays. We're investigating if there are any lingering issues with enrichments during the affected time period and will provide another status update on that end shortly.

We have taken action and access to the Clay UI appears to be restoring over time; we will continue monitoring to ensure it returns to normal operations. Thank you for your patience.
